There are 3 menu choices at $60 each.
- London Broil:
Finished with a Dijon Cognac Demi-Glace,
Balsamic Glazed Petite Mushrooms and
Green Peppercorn Aioli,
Smashed Yukon Gold Potatoes with Smoked Bleu Cheese
and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables
- Columbia River Steelhead:
Char-grilled Steelhead with a Tart Lemon Glaze
Served with Potato Gnocchi with Black Olive Pesto,
and Red Quinoa Relish
- Vegetarian Dish:
Seasonal Roasted Vegetables including Eggplant, Zucchini, and
Bell Peppers tossed with Rigatoni Pasta and an Oregano Pomadoro Sauce
Tables seat 10, and table assignments will be based on a first come, first served basis.
Please include payment and names of all individuals in your party and BE SURE TO INDICATE YOUR MENU SELECTIONS.
Reservations are required and must be received by Friday, 6/14. Celebration party following banquet.
